Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not happy with your order, we do allow you to make a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that exchanges are not allowed.
All products are satisfactory guaranteed. Should you discover a defect, the garment will be eligible for replacement after photo evidence is provided by the customer to customer service.
We highly suggest using our return portal to process all returns. Please use the link provided in your order confirmation email.
By selecting Redo Free Return Shipping at checkout, your shipping cost will be covered on that specific order. Redo free returns can't be added after an order has been placed. This fee is non-refundable.
For customers who do not select Redo free return shipping, they are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their return.
For customers who did not prepurchase Redo Free Return, the return portal gives customers the option to purchase a shipping label for a flat fee and send the tracking to the Rhonda Shear team to make sure no packages are lost in transit.
Once the return item/s is/are received, a refund or credit will be processed within 5 business days. Shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable.
What can be returned?
- We only accept returns within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. Returns made after 14 days will only receive store credit.
- Only sales purchased from this segment will be accepted.
- All items returned must be in re-saleable condition. We will not accept items that have been damaged, washed, worn, have stains, or have an odor.
- Rhonda Shear reserves the right to make final judgments on all returns.
